    1Find the front entrance

    It’s on E 10th Ave where the road bends into Albion St. Walk in at the bend, not at the intersection. Rideshares can use the loading zone.

    2Let yourself in

    Use the keypad on the left side of the call box. Flashing green means it’s open. If it’s red, enter personalized link only.

  3. 3Ride the elevator to 9

    It’s just inside, by the leasing office. Early or late, it may ask for the same building code. Out of order? .

  4. 4Unlock 904

    Press the silver button on top of the door keypad, enter personalized link only, then press the checkmark.

The door doesn’t lock itself. Whenever you leave the unit, press the silver button on top of the keypad to lock it behind you.

Garage parking

The garage entrance map is shared in your personalized guest link.

    Bring the pass, fob, and scanner

    Take all three from 904 back down to your car.

  2. 2
    Drive in on E 11th Ave

    Put the parking pass on your dashboard. At the gate, you may need to hold the scanner toward the reader above.

    Park on Level 3 or higher

    Spaces aren’t assigned, so ignore the painted numbers.

  4. 4
    Use the south elevators

    The fob opens the walking gate and garage elevator. Always use these elevators when leaving the garage.

  5. 5
    Walk to the front entrance

    It’s just east on E 10th Ave. Head back up to 904 the way you came in.

Return all items. Leave the pass, scanner, and fob in the apartment at checkout. Each missing item costs $100.

Fitness center

From the courtyard, you need your fob; the building code won’t open that door. Without a fob, walk around to the east entrance on Ash St.

Pool & hot tub

Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Morning coffee

Pour-over, filters, and a kettle are on the counter.

TV & streaming

Streaming only, no local channels. You’re welcome to sign in to your own accounts; the TV isn’t reset between stays, so please log out before you leave.

Laundry

The washer and dryer are in the closet to the left of the sink, with detergent on top of the dryer.

I (Aaron) am short and need a step stool to reach it. If you’re short like me, you can usually find the step stool next to the pantry in the kitchen.

Work spaces

Enjoy the dual-mounted monitors with mountain views from the desk in the bedroom! There is also a coworking space on the ground floor, east side of the building, with communal working spaces, a few phone booths, and a conference room.

Comfort touches

Use the in-unit thermostat as needed; the bathroom has a heated toilet seat and bidet.
